Terms & Conditions

By booking or attending a session with Bubble Bliss Baby Spa Ltd., you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Participation
All babies participating in sessions must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times.

Parents/guardians are responsible for informing Bubble Bliss Baby Spa Ltd. of any medical conditions, allergies, illnesses, or changes to their child’s health prior to each session.

Bubble Bliss Baby Spa Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or stop a session if we believe participation may not be in the best interests of the child’s wellbeing or safety.

 

2. Health & Safety
Our services are designed to provide a relaxing and supportive wellbeing experience for babies and parents. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Parents/guardians remain fully responsible for their child throughout the session and must follow all guidance provided during the experience.

 

3. Bookings & Payments
Bookings must be made in advance through our approved booking system.

Full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests for spa sessions.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be transferred to another available appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for refund or transfer.

• Failure to attend a booked session without notice will be treated as a missed appointment and is non-refundable.

Baby Massage Courses
For 5-week baby massage courses, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the course start date.

Please note that missed classes within a course are non-refundable and non-transferable, as spaces are reserved as part of a package booking.

Bubble Bliss Baby Spa Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative appointment or refund.

 

5. Photography & Media
Photos or videos may only be taken or shared where separate consent has been provided.

Parents/guardians may withdraw media consent at any time for future use.

 

6. Personal Belongings
Bubble Bliss Baby Spa Ltd. accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

 

7. Privacy
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.

 

8. Changes to Terms
Bubble Bliss Baby Spa Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
