Refund Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change, especially with babies and young children.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your spa session.

 

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be transferred to another available date.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• Missed appointments or “no-shows” are non-refundable.

Baby Massage Courses

For 5-week baby massage courses, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the course start date.

• Once the course has started, refunds are not available.

• Missed classes within a course are non-refundable and non-transferable, as spaces are reserved as part of the full package booking.

 

Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid disruption to other bookings. Full session fees will still apply.

 

Illness
If your baby is unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to accommodate rescheduling where reasonably possible.

Cancellation by Bubble Bliss Baby Spa Ltd.
If we need to cancel a session due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- an alternative appointment date

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.
